Description
There was a silent version of King of the Kongo that was prepared in 1929. Despite what you may have heard, the versions on YouTube and bootleg DVD are ALL the sound version presented without sound. This new DVD is the genuine silent version with a musical track added. This entire version does NOT survive and it is presented as it was found, running approximately 60 min. This gives you a reference for how the sound version looked before our extensive restoration efforts.
